Future Ready

The FutureReady NYC (FRNYC) program is a great way to get students to brainstorm about careers they would like to pursue or might have an interest in at an early stage of their high school careers. In our third year of FutureReady we continue to offer students a chance to begin taking a look at postsecondary options and skills needed for those fields as early as 9th grade.

Through our program, Leaders FutureReady students are able to earn college credits, dive deeper into the Business field with Virtual Enterprises, and get a paid Work Based Learning (WBL) opportunity! Not only does FRNYC offer academic experiences, but we also take students to explore colleges, trade schools, and industry led school trips all at no cost to families!
