Support built around each student's needs
Leaders serves students with disabilities as part of the NYC public-school system. Special-education services are determined through each student's Individualized Education Program, or IEP.
Special education at Leaders

NYC Public Schools states that public schools are expected to welcome and serve students with disabilities according to their IEPs. Leaders' current MySchools profile includes the same statement, and NYSED reported 89 students with disabilities—23% of enrollment—for the 2024–25 school year.
The new Leaders website should explain the school's actual service model only after the current special-education team verifies it. Public sources do not establish enough current detail to responsibly promise specific ICT classes, SETSS schedules, related services or other delivery models.
Families should instead be given a direct contact for questions about an existing IEP, evaluations, accommodations, transition planning and how services are delivered at Leaders.
NYC Public Schools currently identifies Caitlin Delphin as Leaders' 504 Coordinator. The building itself is rated partially accessible, with elevator access to all floors and public assembly spaces and access to most classrooms, although some limited areas may remain inaccessible.
