Build a plan for what comes next
College planning at Leaders is not limited to senior year. The school provides dedicated staff and coursework to help students and families think carefully about life after graduation and navigate the application process.
College planning at Leaders

- Leaders currently provides a full-time college counselor and dedicated college office to support students and families through college applications. Juniors and seniors also attend College and Career Dreams, a required course focused on developing thoughtful plans for life after high school.
-
- Leaders' FutureReadyNYC participation adds a broader college-and-career dimension. Its current MySchools listing identifies early college credits, college trips, financial-literacy coursework and an expert college-and-career advisor among current school features.
-
- The website should resist publishing older acceptance or scholarship claims without dates. Leaders' legacy page states a 100% college acceptance rate and more than $3 million in annual scholarships and aid, but that information appears beside 2015–16 demographic data and lacks a current reporting year. It should therefore not be used as current marketing proof.
